What we store

  • Telegram identity: chat ID, first name, username, to recognise your account. If you sign in with Google: your Google ID and email. No phone number.
  • Financial records: description, amount, category, date, type (in/out), budget, salary templates.
  • Receipt photos & voice notes: processed briefly for AI reading, not stored after the result is produced.
  • Cycle phase from Kala (optional): only if you turn on "Share phase with Snap" in Kala, Snap reads today's phase and cycle day (never period dates or symptoms). It is used as context for Snap AI and for at most one gentle note per cycle. While sharing is on, Snap keeps one line per day (date, phase, cycle day) to spot the pattern; all of it is deleted as soon as sharing is turned off.
  • Technical logs: daily AI usage counts (for quota), sign-in times, and an action audit trail without transaction content.

Who can see it

Only you. Each account's data is isolated by user_id and tested automatically on every code change. The operator does not read your records unless you ask for help and grant permission.

Third parties

Receipt and voice content is sent to an AI model provider (Google Gemini via a gateway) only to be read, without your identity. Telegram and Google process sign-in data under their own policies. No ads, no data sales.

Your rights

  • Export: Dashboard → Export CSV / JSON backup, anytime.
  • Delete: send /hapusakun to the bot or use "Delete account" in Settings. The account is scheduled for deletion and every row of your data is removed permanently after 7 days; until then you can cancel by signing in again or sending /batalhapus. Only an anonymised audit entry remains.

Storage & security

Servers in Indonesia, TLS connections, dashboard access via one-time links that expire in 15 minutes or Google sign-in. Backups are rotated. Questions: via the Telegram bot.
